Parents using email to contact staff should be aware that, whilst staff do check their emails daily during term-time, it may be up to 24 hours before a particular message is picked up.  It may also be then that time will need to be taken to investigate the issue raised.  During holiday periods there is no guarantee that a member of staff will access their email.
