The ICT Support Services Helpdesk will be manned during the above opening hours, meaning there will always be someone on the end of the phone to answer your calls.
 
The helpdesk is the central point of contact for the ICT Support services department.  It deals with all calls relating to the school network and ICT hardware and software.  When you call this number, a member of the team will take as much information from you as possible and an incident will be logged on the helpdesk database.  This enables us to keep you informed of the status of your call at all times via e-mail.  We then have all the information we need to either solve your call immediately, or for it to be allocated to the relevant team member for a resolution.
 
AV Technical is part of the Support Services department and deals with all queries relating to the installation and maintenance of projectors, interactive whiteboards, DVDs and VCRs. The call is logged via the helpdesk in the same manner, and must be reported via the same 249 extension.
