On the 28th September “The Image Theatre” came to perform “Toms Midnight Garden”. First of all they picked eight children to help them present the show, those people went off and rehearsed. The remaining children then all went through the songs, my favourite one was the final song we sang.
The storyline was based on the fact that Tom thought he was invisible but actually a girl called Hatty could see him and they had adventures together. The best part of the play I liked was when Tom squeezed through the door to follow Abel the gardener. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it for ages 6 and over.
