General Admissions Information
Entry to Lovell House is by assessment. If you would like to register your son for assessment, you will need to complete an application form and return it together with a non-refundable registration fee of £50 to Admissions, Nottingham High School, Waverley Mount, Nottingham, NG7 4ED. Alternatively please complete and submit the Prospectus Request form and you will be sent a prospectus and application form within a few days. Applications are welcome at any time.
The Assessment Process
The assessment process is designed to assess numeracy and literacy skills of the boys applying for a place in Years 1 and 2 and a range of activities are used to assess the potential for learning for boys applying for a place in Reception. In addition, the boys are invited to school for a final classroom-based assessment where they are observed completing practical activities.
