Last Thursday, 15th May was the day Year 13 started their Leave of Absence, marking the beginning of the end of their days at Nottingham High School.
The day started with a full English breakfast in the Dining Hall - which wasn't the easiest of meals to eat when you're dressed like a frog or Mr Blobby! After being treated to a virtuoso performance of "Is This the Way to Amarillo?" by Mr Wilkinson, the boys made their way to the front of the School for a team photo, and the judging of the fancy dress competition.
This year there were 2 prizes awarded - one for the best team costume, which was won by the Pac Men, and one for the best individual costume, won by Adam Fry, in a very saucy little number!
The boys then had an hour of letting off steam on bouncy castles, sumo wrestling, goal shooting and pillow fighting, before a nostalgic final assembly and dismissal.
We would like to wish them all lots of luck both in their forthcoming A Level exams, and in their future careers, and we look forward to hearing how they are getting on in the years to come. Good luck boys - and do stay in touch!
