Friends' Italian Evening

FRIENDS' ITALIAN EVENING - Friday, 12th March - 7.30pm in the Dining Hall

An evening of Italian-themed food, wine and song, featuring the barbershop group 'Cutting Harmony'.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT - Tuesday, 16th - Thursday, 18th March - 7.30pm at NGHS 

A production of the ever-popular Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat by Nottingham Girls' High School (also featuring several pupils from Nottingham High School !). 

Tickets cost £6 and £4 for concessions (students and over 60s), and are available from the NGHS office at 9 Arboretum Street, Nottingham.

BRIDGE CUP PRIZEWINNERS' CONCERT - Wednesday, 17th March - 7.00pm in the Recital Hall 

An opportunity to hear the winning performances of both the Verse-Speaking and Music elements of the Bridge Cup. All welcome!

The Bacchae - by Euripides

CLASSICS PLAY - 'The Bacchae' by Euripides - Thursday, 18th and Friday, 19th March - 7.30pm in the Founder Hall

After successful productions of Roman comedies for the last three years, the Classics Department has decided to return to the world of Greek drama this year with a production of ‘The Bacchae’, a tragedy by the Greek playwright Euripides.

Carmina Burana by Carl Orff

JOINT CHORAL CONCERT - NHS AND NGHS

“Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff - Wednesday 24 March 2010 - Albert Hall, Nottingham 7.30pm

The Combined Choirs of NHS and NGHS will be staging a large-scale performance of Orff’s ever popular and exciting choral work, 'Carmina Burana', alongside friends and staff. The first half will feature the Joint Symphonic Band including the two schools' best wind, brass and percussion players.

Tickets cost £6 for adults, £4 students and over 60's. To reserve your tickets either download, complete and return the attached booking form below, or email us.

Ticket requests need to be returned by Friday, 12th March.
