2 Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
2.1 information that you provide by filling in forms on www.nottinghamhigh.co.uk (the ‘Site’), including, but not limited to, information provided at the time of requesting a prospectus or brochure, subscribing to any service, including our electronic newsletter;
2.2 information from surveys that we may use from time to time for research purposes, if you choose to respond to them;
2.3 communications you send to us, for example to report a problem with or submit a comment regarding the Site; and
2.4 details of your visits to the Site, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and the resources that you access.
3 IP addresses and cookies
3.1 We may collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
3.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. 4 Uses made of your information
4.1 We use information held about you in the following ways:

5 Protecting pupils' identities
5.1 It is our policy to protect the identity of pupils on the Site.
5.2 We may, from time to time, wish to publish pupils' names in articles on the Site, and we may also wish to publish photographs containing their images. We will not include the full name (which means first name and surname) of any child together with their image, without good reason and without the appropriate consent. We operate an ‘opt out’ policy for each parent or guardian, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, to give their consent to having their child's image appear on the Site.
