The team of Rohan Midha, Kurran Sachdeva, Karan Maini and Sam Dickinson played Bournemouth School and Charters School from Berkshire in the group games and won 4-1 and 3-2 respectively. This placed the team in the top three where they played the winners of the other two groups, Wilsons School from Surrey and Colchester Grammar School from Essex.
The team beat Wilsons 4-1 as did Colchester so the last game was a final. Rohan played first and won his singles game, Kurran and Sam then won the doubles. Kurran lost the next singles game as did the doubles pair of Rohan and Karan. The fifth and final game would then decide the winner. After initially going into the lead, Kurran and Sam found themselves 6-12 down.
