The Leavers' Ball, which took place on Friday, 22nd May at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Wollaton Street, was a great success. Over 300 girls and boys from Years 12 and 13 from Nottingham High School and NGHS attended, as well as 22 staff.
The atmosphere was great, and the boys and girls were a credit - they looked fantastic with black tie dress for the boys and evening dresses for the girls: all had made a great effort, behaviour was excellent and at the end there was just one jacket left over! (Claimants to contact CPS, please!!)
Particular credit goes to the NGHS Exec who decorated the room in the theme ‘Monte Carlo - Diamonds and Dickie Bows’. The whole event was a delight to be at!
