In a closely fought contest that mirrored the real election, Oliver Metcalfe of the Conservative Party was elected as Member of Parliament for Nottingham High School, after winning 99 votes out of a possible 536 (18.5% of the total votes cast).

Joel Lamy of the Monster Raving Loony Party was runner-up with 97 votes, whilst poor Tom Heath of the New Social Democrats lost his deposit, having only secured 16 votes (27 being the minimum required to retain a deposit). His deposit will be donated to House charities!

The final results were as follows:

Joel Lamy (Monster Raving Loony Party)               97 votes

Hari Prabu (Independent)                                       63 votes

Daniel Turner (Labour)                                          61 votes

Alex Ford-Cox (Liberal Democrats)                       59 votes

Tom Gooch (UKIP)                                                 48 votes

Oliver Goodman (Communist Party)                     46 votes

Joshua Still (Dungeons, Death & Taxes Party)     46 votes
