During half term, Oliver Holland won the U17 British Squash Championships in Manchester - one of the most prestigious events in the UK squash calendar.
He was ranked 3rd/4th and created the upset of the tournament by beating both the number 1 and number 2 seeds on the way to the title. He had swept through all the previous rounds without dropping a single game.
In the final against fellow Nottingham player, Declan James, Oliver had to fight hard. In the 69-minute epic battle, the lead changed hands several times, but eventually Oliver won through to take the crown.
The U17 title completed a sensational hat-trick for Oliver, who had previously won the U15 and U13 titles.
Well done Oliver!
