School Buses
A number of school buses operate to transport pupils to and from school. These are also available to pupils at the Girls High School and Hollygirt School.
The school manages nine of these buses with the remainder being managed directly by parents or bus companies.
The seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. Once a seat has been allocated for the September term, a pupil may rely on that seat being reserved for the whole of the academic year. It is unusual for seats to become available during the school year.
The School reserves the right to vary the times and pick-up points of the buses it operates to suit changing needs. Due notice will be given to the parents of those pupils affected.
Occasionally, for the buses organised by the School, one way seats may be available on the day or at short notice. Enquiries should be made to Mrs Christine Winter (tel: 8452217).

September Renewals
Passes for the School Bus Service are renewed on an annual basis. Paperwork is sent out at the end of June. Bus fares are shown in the timetable for each term and charged in three instalments by direct debit in September, January and April each year.
Please be aware that, as some of the School bus routes are very popular and quickly become over-subscribed, it is essential to respond quickly as no guarantees can be given unless the paperwork is received and allocation will be on a first-come first-served basis. Every effort will be made to give priority to new-comers to Year 7 and the Junior School.
Paperwork returned after the school closes in July may not be dealt with until the School returns in September.
