We have selected this motto to demonstrate our determination to work in partnership with boys and their parents and to ensure that we give the boys the maximum opportunity to fulfil their potential in an environment where they will enjoy learning.  We also aim, of course, to lay the foundations for successful entry into higher education and to equip the boys to meet the increasing challenges of an ever-changing world.

We very much encourage parental interest, and value their co-operation and support. Through our unique tutor system, we aim to develop productive links between home and school.  We aim to be a caring community with self-discipline, social responsibility and integrity at the heart of all that we do.  We want each boy to feel that he matters as much to us as he does to his family, and that we care for him as an individual.

We encourage our boys to join in a wide range of activities, to discover their talents and grow in self-confidence.  We also develop skills of leadership, fellowship and service both for individual benefit and for the overall strength of the community of which our boys are an essential part.

Combining elements of work, caring, service and fellowship with time generously committed by both staff and boys we feel we have living proof of our motto that: “Together everyone achieves more.”
