The number of clubs and activities at Nottingham High School is amazing! If there’s a school subject you particularly enjoy, then you can do more of it at lunchtimes!

 

I’ve been to chemistry club, and we got to demonstrate experiments at the open day for potential year 7 boys. I love Design Technology, and I’ve been able to make a singing moneybox, and a steady hand game.

 

Because music is my hobby, I go to the orchestra and the choir. I occasionally call into the chess club. I’m not actually very good at chess, but whenever I go in, some kind boy is always happy to give me a game, and some tips.

 

Going to clubs is a really great way to make friends, and get to know older boys and teachers. The only trouble is, you can’t go to everything you’d like to go to because there isn’t enough time!
