The European Computer Driving Licence® (ECDL) is the internationally recognised qualification which enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills. The record breaking ECDL is the fastest growing IT user qualification in over 125 countries

This course is offered to students entering Year 12

 

Students complete the following modules on-line:

 

•Basic concepts of IT

•Using the computer and managing files

•Word processing

•Spreadsheets

•Database

•Presentation

•Information and Communication

 

They are able to work at their own pace during timetabled sessions with the ICT Teaching Assistant.   There is access to the materials at both school and home.

 

If successful they receive their ECDL qualification.
