This weekend proved to be very worthwhile in terms of both training and friendship. 9 boys and two staff stayed at Edale YHA and undertook a rather longer run than anticipated. The run totalled 12 miles and over 2 hours of running, gaining heights of 550m above sea level. The following day everyone enjoyed a 26 mile bike ride on the high peak trail.
