The British Orienteering Championships were held near Inverness over the weekend of 19th-20th April 2008.
Individually none of the team achieved medals, with the senior boys very much concentrating on the World Schools Championships the following week.
In the Relay championships Peter Lynas running for Nottinghamshire's M18 team, came home in 3rd place only seconds down on the leader. James Taylor ran the 2nd leg for the team and he opened up a lead of over a minute.
The team came home as British relay champions with a comfortable win by 4 minutes, with NHS pupils making up two thirds of the team.
