Senior School Entry
Nottingham High Senior School educates children from Year 7 to Year 11, and welcomes new students in Years 7-10 subject to availability.
The main entry point to the Senior School is Year 7, but there is also the opportunity to join the School in Years 8-10 subject to places being available. Please do bear in mind that bursaries and scholarships are only available to students joining us in Year 7, so there is no financial assistance available to those starting in other year groups.
Entrance to Nottingham High School is by assessment. Our main entrance assessments take place in January, consisting of a verbal and non-verbal Reasoning test done on a computer, a Mathematics paper and an English paper. Following on from this, a selection of students are invited in for an interview and the final offers are made in the following fortnight.
