Why Choose Us
The Infant School educates children from Reception to Year 2, and welcomes new pupils at all year groups subject to availability.
We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child. We pride ourselves on our individualised approach to child-centred learning. We give our pupils the skills, confidence and independence they need to flourish both at School and in their personal lives.
Our small class sizes give us the luxury of being able to react ‘in the moment’ with your child and adapt our environment and lessons to your child’s needs and interests, whilst focussing on individual pastoral and academic goals.
Our children’s wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. The school offers outstanding pastoral care, where children are equipped to understand and manage their own wellbeing and emotions, with the support of our experienced and dedicated teaching staff.
Each child’s progression at Nottingham High School is carefully managed, with a transition programme to guide children from our Infant and Junior School through to the Senior School and beyond.
