Scalextric 4 Schools Competition

Scalextric 4 schools is a national competition where students get the opportunity to design and build their own Scalextric cars before racing them against other schools.

Students will get to use 3D CAD software and use rapid prototyping processes to design and manufacture cars to race around a track. As well as this they will have the opportunity to build a race track, adding in detail like grandstands, pits lanes and landscape details.

Year Groups: 7, 8, 9

Location: DT block

When: Thursday, 12.50-13.50, Lunchtime, Week A&B
