Yoga
Yoga is a mix of physical practice, mindfulness and awareness. It is a fun and personal way to explore the connection between your brain and your body. These sessions will help improve balance, strength, flexibility and calmness that can be really beneficial for how you approach the rest of your day and week.
Year Groups: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13
Location: Flexible Space, Wellbeing Centre
When: Monday, Lunchtime, 13:20 - 13:50, Week A & B
